The Council on International Relations is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to broadening public understanding of international affairs.  Your membership helps us to bring in our speakers for our International Lecture series and other world affairs discussion leaders, as well as to bring in local high school students to attend these events.

When you join CIR, you join a community of globally-minded individuals who share a passion for the world and who are dedicated to encouraging New Mexicans of all ages to participate in the discussion on matters of national and international significance.
